Ordering a bespoke bike can be daunting, but our simple process and commitment to direct, responsive service can take the complexity out of the experience.

STEP 2

CHOOSE YOUR MODEL AND BUILD

With the targeted riding defined, we can help determine which No. 22 model would be the best starting point for your build, and then work through customizations and build decisions to make sure your bike is perfectly configured for you.

In this step, we will prepare an itemized build sheet together that details the exact details and pricing of your build.

STEP 4

DETERMINE FIT AND GEOMETRY

We will work with you to prepare a draft of what the geometry of your build will look like to ensure it hits your fit points exactly.

If you are happy with your fit on your current bike, we can translate those fit points to your No. 22.

If you'd like a new fit...

WE WILL CREDIT THE COST AGAINST THE PURCHASE PRICE OF YOUR BIKE, UP TO $300.

We'll work with you and your local fitter to get the information we need to determine your fit needs. Upon payment of your new bike, we'll credit the cost of the fit towards the balance.

STEP 5

FABRICATION

Our team of experienced, expert fabricators will fabricate your frame in our Johnstown, NY factory.

While in production, you will receive updates detailing what stage of the process your bike is in.

STEP 6

DELIVERY

Your bike will be fully-assembled at our facility, tuned and dialled. We do our best to keep the disassembly needed for packing to a minimum, typically only the removal of wheels and handlebars from the stem.

If you aren't comfortable getting things back together, no problem - simply take your bike to your local shop and we'll cover the bill.

STEP 7

POST-DELIVERY SUPPORT

Go enjoy your new bike with peace of mind.

Opening your No. 22 and riding it for the first time is undoubtedly a highlight of the process and we want to ensure that high remains everytime you get on your No. 22.

Our team remains on hand to make sure any questions about your new bike are answered and any new-bike issues that may arise are addressed.
